Hey ya'll!
This is the second week I've been attending the University of Georgia- YAY!
It's so much fun- I love all my classes, especially because I announced a double major with Art and Japanese- so that's basically all I'm taking.
I'm in Japanese 3010, Color and Composition, Drawing 1, Art History 1, and various seminars relating to art, film and my honors whatevers.
The art classes are totally hoppin'- I didn't realize how much I love gesture drawing and it was neat to do the designs.
I'm really happy with what I'm producing and I'm looking forward to getting involved in art production that crosses the many medias through the group called ICE- Ideas for Creative Exploration.
I'm a bit behind in my Art History reading, but I'm working hard for all my classes.
Gotta write a Japanese essay-

Probably more than ever.
I love hanging out with all my friends- when we're being crazy, and even when we're just chilling and barely even moving.
I love the sun shining and the world around me, because even though I know that not everything in it is nice and wonderful, I know that the darkness only makes what's bright all the more precious.
I love so many things that I just can't write down.

I'm drawing a lot more recently, playing around with realism.
I'm really trying to improve myself- really working hard.
And it feels good.
I love drawing, and I'm going to work on painting and writing more.
Sigh.

Yay it's the weekend

1. Timberlands are the hottest shoes ever. No joke.

2. I don't like a lot of foods that are considered general favorites- examples include hot dogs, donuts, hot chocolate (I only tolerate the good stuff), and popsicles (especially those tube ones)

3. I have a hard time looking at people's eyes and faces, especially if I don't know them.

4. I almost always listen to music in the shower. If I don't- then usually I'm having strokes of genius. THe shower is where I get my best ideas.

5. I feel embarrassed looking at myself in mirrors in public.

6. I eat a lot of fiber so I'm pretty gassy.

7. I'm not very flexible- even though I should stretch to help my scoliosis.

8. I'm learning to ride a bicycle at the age of 17.

I'm not tagging anyone.
My eight things were pretty weak- so I can't really push this on anyone else.

Marc sent me this- it's something that will interest other Alice in Wonderland fans, I'm thinking. He said it's a book about some parallel version of the story- though it seems, I dunno, more adult (from the page). Apparently a movie will come out soon based on the book.
